Pre-cleaner has been designed for pre cleaning of grains. Pre-Cleaner is equipped with drum sieve, one scalping screen and four layers of screens. Sri Rama’s highly efficient pre & after suction system is installed for extracting light impurities from the material both at the machine inlet and out let. The pre and after suction waste, dust and light weight trash are collected in a chamber and conveyed to a machine out let by a discharge screw conveyor. This is equipped with flap air lock system to prevent false air. Built in special rotary drum sieve offers high quality grading grain. |t removes straws, stones etc.,

The scalping screen separate the coarse impurities. The next 2 rows pre screens separate over size material and the 2 rows of screens separate under size material. The screens are fitted in specially design wooden ball frames. These screens are kept clean by specially designed rubber balls which bounce in between the screens and ball frames. The wooden boxes are specially designed for easy changing of screens. The screens are selected according to the material to be cleaned. All the shutters and valves can be adjusted and controlled.
