APPLICATION

The Pneumatic Rubber Sheller is fully automatic with imposed vibro feeder. This machine is capable of attaining up 95% shelling and double the rubber roll lite and less broken under normal running conditions.

FUNCTION

The Pneumatic Rubber Sheller removes husk layer of paddy by passing the grains between 2 counter revolving rubber rools which reduces rubber rolls consumption drastically. The very high degree of shelling can be obtained with lesser broken by using pneumatic controls .
