APPLICATIONS AND FEATURES

The machine functions to separate the brawn rice and paddy. This machine consists of number of trays each side 20, depending on the capacity of machine. It works on the principle of gravity. Trays can be adjustable

for better separation. The rice from the rubber sheller is fed into the separators feed hopper and by oscillation motion of the trays the paddy will move downwards and brawn rice will move upwards. It separates in 3 categories as

1. Pure Brown Rice
2. Brown Rice with Paddy
3. Pure Paddy
